Salma Hayek hailed as 'one of the most beautiful women in the world' as she soaks up the sun in pink swimsuit

Salma Hayek, who is celebrated as "one of the most beautiful women in the world," shared a recent swimsuit picture that leaves little room for disagreement. br/>
At 56 years old, the actress is no stranger to compliments, and rightfully so. Her recent post celebrating National Bikini Day showcased her in a multi-colored bikini with a tie-up top and matching bottoms, leading admirers to refer to her as a "goddess." br/>
Once more, Salma Hayek impresses as she defies the effects of aging, as seen in a breathtaking snapshot of herself enjoying time in the pool while wearing a stunning pink swimsuit.
Captioning the post, the 56-year-old penned: "Enjoyed the great blessings of sun - water - and love."

The picture was undoubtedly a hit among fans, who couldn't resist swooning over the star and expressing their admiration in significant ways. br/>
One person commented, "She is undeniably one of the most beautiful women on the planet, and I'm incredibly proud to share Mexican heritage with her." br/>
Another fan praised, "She looks divine, fresh, and natural! Absolutely perfect! It's refreshing to see real people." br/>
Meanwhile, a third person expressed, "I believe heavenly angels like her are sent from heaven."
During a recent interview on Kelly Ripa's podcast Let's Talk Off Camera, Hayek opened up about her age-defying appearance and the methods she uses to maintain her youthful image. br/>
While vehemently denying any use of Botox, the actress disclosed that her beauty secret revolves around meditation. br/>
"Due to various health issues and experiences in my life, I developed this unique form of meditation that keeps evolving," Hayek shared. "I find it so enjoyable that I can meditate for hours without noticing the time passing." br/>
She elaborated, "It's about connecting with the energy within, feeling it move and dance inside you, experiencing different sensations and emotions. I also incorporate frequency machines into my routine." br/>
According to Hayek, after these meditation sessions, people often remark, "Wow, you look like you're 20 again." br/>
The actress emphasized that she intends to continue this meditation practice for life, as she believes it is crucial in preventing her face and body from sagging or showing signs of aging. br/>
Despite her husband's skepticism towards meditation, Salma Hayek serves as living proof that it truly works wonders.

Previously, Hayek discussed the challenges she faced with being typecast into "sexy" roles. In an interview with GQ earlier in the year, she revealed her long-standing desire to do comedy but struggled to land such roles. br/>
"For a significant part of my career, I was pigeonholed and couldn't break away from those 'sexy' character portrayals," Hayek stated. She expressed her frustration at being denied comedic roles until she crossed paths with Adam Sandler, who cast her in the comedy film "Grown Ups" in 2010. However, this opportunity only came when she was in her forties. br/>
"In the 90s, there was this perception that if you were considered 'sexy,' you weren't allowed to have a sense of humor or intelligence," she lamented. br/>
Although this period was disheartening for her, Hayek now finds herself embracing a diverse range of genres, defying the expectations that she would fade away in the last two decades of her career. Rather than feeling sad or angry about the past, she now approaches life with laughter and contentment.
