Paris Hilton says she's here to 'save pop music' with her new album

Paris Hilton has announced her return to the music scene, expressing her intention to "revitalize pop music" through her upcoming album.
For those who recall her initial venture into music in 2006 with 'Stars Are Blind,' it's evident that Paris possesses a knack for discovering catchy tunes.

The 42-year-old heiress and entrepreneur will soon treat us to additional tracks, putting her in competition with Taylor Swift for the music industry throne. Stay tuned for Paris Hilton's musical comeback!

Paris, who is now mother to two children, revealed the exciting news that she's been back in the studio during a recent podcast appearance.
She shared the news on Tuesday's episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, revealing: "I’ve been in the studio [with] Sia executive producing my full album. She’s going to be here tonight, I love her so much."

Paris gushed that she was "honored" to collaborate with the 47-year-old, describing the 'Chandelier' star as the "most brilliant songwriter of our time."

Sia is not the only powerhouse that Paris has enlisted for the new album as she's also been working with Meghan Trainor, who she says has penned some "epic" tunes for her.

Regarding the overall progress of the album, Paris describes it as "impressive" and asserts that it's set to "rescue pop music." Personally, I'm eagerly anticipating its release. Paris gained fame for her debut album, aptly named Paris, in 2006, with 'Stars Are Blind' emerging as its most well-known single.

Since then, she has gained recognition as a DJ and more recently collaborated on Steve Aoki's single 'Lighter' in October.

During that time, the new mom expressed, "My inaugural collaboration with my friend and renowned DJ, Steve Aoki, reflects years of mutual support, and this song perfectly encapsulates all the incredible moments we've shared."

Whether performing in front of massive crowds at Tomorrowland or bringing the party to the studio, it's always a celebration, she added. "I can't wait for fans to turn up the volume and feel the energy of 'Lighter' on the dance floor."

In that same month, she confirmed the development of her new album during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, stating, "Yeah, I'm currently recording the new album."
As well as her music ventures, Paris's hands are pretty full with being a mom-of-two after she revealed last month that her daughter London had secretly been welcomed via surrogate.

She and her husband Carter Reum are already parents to an 11-month-old son called Phoenix.

The countdown is officially on for Paris's next album.
