Tammy Slaton, a 36-year-old reality TV personality known for her appearance on the TLC program '1000-lb Sisters,' has received praise from fans after achieving the ability to stand up without assistance for the first time in years.
According to The Mirror, Tammy had attended a food rehabilitation facility, which helped her to lose 183 pounds. In the most recent season of the show, Tammy reached her goal weight of 534 pounds after previously weighing 717 pounds.

She shared pictures of her remarkable transformation on Instagram, expressing her joy at achieving her goal weight and proving her doubters wrong. She said, "I'm feeling thrilled, proud, excited - just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong.

Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment."


Earlier this year, Tammy Slaton announced on her TikTok page that she had achieved a new milestone: being able to sit in the front seat of a car.

In the video, Tammy could be seen dancing and lip-syncing while wearing a bright floral top. Recently, Tammy has achieved another milestone - she can now stand on her own without using a wheelchair. Previously, Tammy had relied on both a walker and a wheelchair to move around, and had been dependent on an oxygen tank for several years.

In a recent Instagram post, Amy Slaton shared pictures of herself and her sister Tammy enjoying a night out with friends, with the caption: "Had a blast last night . totally embarrassed myself but it was fun.

Now to go pick up my boys.. can’t wait to see my new friends again we love y'all!!!" Fans of the sisters expressed their joy for Tammy's progress, leaving comments such as "Way to go Tammy !!
