‘I’m so perfect, people think I’m a plastic doll’

A Colombian model has hit out at haters who say she looks like a sex doll, claiming they’re just jealous of her beauty.

Carolina Gomez, the New York Post reports, shot to fame in her home country after embarking on a relationship with popular influencer Yeferson Cossio, 28.

Cossio, who boasts more than 10 million followers on Instagram, shared photos of his new girlfriend to the social media site before cruel trolls claimed it looked like he was posing with a life-size doll.

The critics declared that Gomez must have injected her lips in order to get a perfectly plump pout. They also asserted that there was no way her perfectly symmetrical nose was natural.

But Gomez wasn’t going to take the criticism lying down, and shared a childhood photo to her own Instagram page to prove she hadn’t surgically altered her face.

“Apparently I have dyed my hair and injected my lips, and as you can see from the photographs I must’ve been doing that since I was baby,” Gomez wrote beneath the old image of herself.

“I don’t think there’s anything wrong with women who do this, we are all beautiful in our own way. But for my part, the only thing I altered was my breasts.

“I don’t plan to do anything else.”

Gomez and Cossio subsequently decided to poke fun at their critics by uploading a video in which Gomez acts as a life-size mannequin.

The clip, which has more than 290,000 likes, shows Cossio spotting Gomez on display in the front window of a Disney store.

Intrigued by what he sees, the influencer goes inside the store and jokingly carries Gomez out as if she was an inanimate object.

“They made fun of my girlfriend,” Cossio captioned the clip. “‘She looks like a doll’? Well, my girlfriend is a doll.”

Fans flocked to the comments section beneath the video to praise the couple for the creative way they clapped back at criticism.

“10 out of 10 for this performance,” one wrote.

“Great video, you made me watch it till the end,” said another.
