Despite impressing fans with her fashion sense and appearance for the past 20 years, the 49-year-old surprised her followers by posting a video on Instagram of her recent trip to Ghavami Plastic Surgery in Los Angeles.

On April 15th, a post was shared with a caption emphasizing the importance of taking care of one's skin, as it is the largest organ of the body. The post also mentioned a laser treatment received from @DrGhavami @GPSAesthetics to improve skin health and radiance. In a video clip, Dr.

Ghavami claimed that the treatment would not only turn back the clock but also stop the aging process altogether, to which a surprised Beckham exclaimed his approval.

Laser resurfacing is an advanced facial rejuvenation technique that can address various facial flaws like fine lines, wrinkles, and discoloration.

However, the post's comments were turned off, and some Facebook users criticized the treatment's efficacy. One user even commented that attempting to reverse the aging process was foolish.

Another user stated: "If she’d just had laser treatment earlier in the week then she’d have been very red and sore and unable to wear makeup as it burns the skin.
