A man has received an overwhelming amount of compliments and admiration following his decision to share his remarkable achievement of losing an astonishing 336 pounds.

In less than two years, a man from South Carolina received high praise for his remarkable weight loss of more than 330 pounds.
Cole Prochaska, who was at his lowest point weighing around 600 pounds about two years ago, shared on Twitter in March that his motivation to shed the weight was to avoid premature death.

He said: "Two years ago I decided I didn't want to die young. I didn't want to get diabetes. I didn't want to never know my true potential. I decided to take my life back. 330+ lbs down and I'm not done yet. Believe in yourself!"

Cole's recent post reads: "Although it's challenging to post a photo without a shirt, I have made tremendous progress.

I have lost over 336lbs! Many doubted me, but I remained steadfast in my belief in myself." The post also includes a comparison image showing Cole's progress, with the after photo showing him without a shirt and displaying excess skin.

After Cole's weight loss journey inspired a person to start their own, many flooded his posts with words of praise. One individual even shared their weight loss goal and mentioned that they are beginning their journey.

Despite Cole's incredible efforts, he still struggles with excess skin, which has prompted him to launch a GoFundMe page to raise funds for surgery.

He hopes that the surgery will allow him to get rid of the excess skin, as he still feels self-conscious about his body.

Cole explained that his weight goal has been reached, but his life won't feel complete until he can rid himself of the excess skin.

He currently tucks extra skin in his pants and wears loose clothing to hide it. At 38 years old, Cole has never walked on a beach shirtless and avoids pool parties due to his insecurity.

Cole aims to raise $60,000 for the surgery, but he is uncertain of the procedure's full cost. Any leftover funds will be used to assist others in their weight loss journeys.
By eating right, regularly going to the gym, and walking at least 10,000 steps a day, the South Carolina resident achieved success, according to his explanation.

He referred to his transformation as "3 to 1," which means that he used to weigh as much as three men but now weighs only one person. Although people doubted him, he believed in himself and lost over 361 pounds, with plans to continue.

Cole hopes that his story will serve as an inspiration to others in similar circumstances. We commend Cole on his impressive achievement and wish him the best in securing the funding he needs to complete his journey.
