Tekashi 6ix9ine rushed to hospital after being severely beaten up in Florida gym ambush

Tekashi 6ix9ine was allegedly brutally beaten by a group of men inside the bathroom of a Florida gym.

As reported by TMZ, the 26-year-old's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, revealed that his client was rushed to a hospital after he was attacked at a sauna in LA Fitness in southern Florida on Tuesday (March 21).

Footage of the attack was then shared on social media and displays two men towering over the rainbow-haired rapper on the bathroom floor, as he tries to cover his head from the blows.

The men shout "shut the f*** up" at him, as one of them kicks his stomach and the other punches his head, according to the video posted on Twitter. 6ix9ine's lawyer added that he has no personal security with him.
The rapper - whose legal name is Daniel Hernandez - then walked out of the bathroom with a bloodied face after the cameraman told him he is a fan.

The outlet reported that employees at the gym heard the commotion and immediately told a manager. Police and medics were then notified of the scene, and he was later transported to a clinic by ambulance.

TMZ also obtained a photograph showing the 'Gooba' rapper’s bloodied face. He has reportedly sustained injuries to his jaw, ribs, and back, per the site.
The attack is the second time 6ix9ine has made headlines in less than a week. According to Page Six, he was kicked out of a Miami baseball stadium after causing a drunken commotion and upsetting other fans.

Furthermore, the 'FEFE' rapper has an infamous history. He was convicted to two years in prison in 2019 for his role in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang.

He faced decades in prison on racketeering and other charges but decided to take a plea deal that reduced his time in prison, in exchange for assisting police officers to take down his former Bloods associates.

At the time, his assistant attorney told media outlets that 6ix9ine "will forever have to look over his shoulder," per The New York Post.

However, it is unclear if yesterday's attack had anything to do with the rapper’s affiliation with the cops. But his legal team told TMZ that he intends to contact the police to guarantee that he gets the right security.
