Pregnant Mom Let 3-Year-Old Pee In Gas Station Parking Lot, Almost Went To Jail

Brooke Johns was about eight months pregnant with her second child in April 2019. Since her unborn baby was on the heavier side, her doctor advised her to take it easy and not put any unnecessary strain on herself.

Brooke was driving down the roads of Augusta, Georgia, when her 3-year-old son, Cohen, piped up from the backseat. Cohen said he needed to go to the bathroom… stat. There wasn't really a place for her to pull over, so Brooke told him he'd have to wait until they found a rest stop or fast-food restaurant.

Cohen insisted this was an emergency. "Mama, I'm about to pee in my pants!" he screamed.

Brooke eventually pulled into the parking lot of a gas station, but it was very clear that Cohen wouldn't be able to hold it long enough to find and make it into the restroom. Making things especially difficult was the fact she couldn't pick him up, as she was not supposed to lift him up due to her pregnancy.

Cohen ended up urinating in the parking lot while Brooke covered him up so no one else could see. "He was peeing before his pants were even all the way down, so obviously he had to go," she told WDRW.

But what Brooke didn't know was that a deputy noticed the scene unfolding from nearby. Nothing prepared her for what he did next.

Now Brooke's story is going viral and leaving many readers confused and angry.
