Colin Farrell Brings Teen Son Henry To Oscars In A Rare Public Appearance For The Duo

The 95th Academy Awards ceremony took place on March 12, 2023, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Hollywood’s elite came out in their finest gowns and tuxedos to honor the best in cinema. Actor Colin Farrell had the best plus one, his 13-year-old son, Henry.

It was a big night for Colin, who was nominated for best actor for his work in the film The Banshees of Inisherin. The pair looked handsome in matching black velour tuxedos. They made sure to pose together on the red carpet and get their picture taken to commemorate the big night.

Colin is a father of two. He shares Henry with ex-girlfriend actor Alicja Bachleda-Curuś. The pair met while filming the 2009 romantic comedy Ondine. Colin shares 19-year-old son James with ex-girlfriend Kim Bordenave.

Colin thanked his two sons when he accepted his Golden Globe award earlier this year. "My kids are watching this at home. James and Henry, the loves of my life, I love you so much," Colin gushed.

Colin has made a career of playing the bad guy, such as his role of the Penguin in Matt Reeves’ 2022 film The Batman. While Colin claims his kids don’t take a big interest in his career, he does admit they wished he would play a nicer character for once.

"They're sick of me being a bad guy. Which apparently, reading between the lines, leads me to believe that they think I'm OK," he joked on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
