The 48-year-old Million Dollar Baby star first announced she and husband Philip Schneider were pregnant for the first time back in October.
During an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan, the star said: "This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time, and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom," before adding that the couple was expecting twins.
Now, sharing her gratitude this festive season, the mom-to-be has taken to Instagram to show off her glowing and growing bump.
"We couldn’t wish for a more incredible miracle," she wrote to her 1.2 million followers, before adding that the couple were expected two bundles of joy!
"So grateful for these two gifts of a lifetime," she added. "Merry Christmas Everyone!! Wishing you all miracles in your own lives in whatever forms they take."
The post has since amassed over 230,000 likes, and thousands of comments from well-wishers, including fellow actor Selma Blair, who wrote: "So happy for you!!! Cutest little elves."
And American brain coach Jim Kwik commented: "Merry Christmas, congratulations on your baby blessings."
Swank has also told Extra why she chose to wait before having children.

The Boys don't Cry star added: "It’s just something I thought about even as a young girl. It’s something that was on my mind, so it’s nice to be here and just be pregnant.”
During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show back in October, the Oscar winner also shared the touching news that the twins' due date is April 16 - which is the same day as her late father's birthday.
And in more good news, Swank is also celebrating a Golden Globe nomination for her role as journalist Eileen Fitzgerald in Alaska Daily.
