Michael J. Fox And Wife Tracy Pollan Look Back At Meeting On The Set Of 'Family Ties'

Tracy Pollan and Michael J. Fox's love story is one for the books.

The couple, now married for 34 years, first met on the set of Family Ties, where they played love interests. At the time, the young actors had no idea life would imitate art and their love would go the distance.

"We enjoy each other's company and we just have fun together and so it's not that hard for us, we're lucky," Tracy told People.

Tracy and Michael have recently become empty nesters. After spending more time with their four children during quarantine, the couple has sent their youngest daughter, 19-year-old Esmé, off to college.

What's most charming about the relationship between Michael and Tracy is watching them gush over each other as if their love was brand new. In a 2020 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Michael praised Tracy for the partner she's been.

"She puts up with me," he shared.

"She doesn't cut me any slack, which is great," he continued.

"She's honest, affectionate, kind, smart and she's just there in a pinch. She's beautiful and I love her and she's sexy and gorgeous."

"She's a great mother, great cook and great bodyboard surf junkie beach babe," Michael added.

"She's just cool. She's my best friend. And, she's got a sense of humor!"
