Vivian Gomez, a mom from Colorado, was reviewing her home's security footage when she spotted something very … bizarre. So bizarre, in fact, that she uploaded the clip to social media, where it has already garnered 10 million views.
"So I woke up Sunday morning and saw this on my camera and am trying to figure out...what the heck?? First I saw the shadow walking from my front door then I saw this thing.....has anyone else seen this on their cameras?? The other two cameras didn't pick it up for some reason," Vivian wrote on Facebook.
Whether it's "otherworldly" or not, many viewers say the gangly, child-sized, elf-like creature resembles the Dobby house elf character from the Harry Potter series.
The mysterious figure seemingly struts its way up and down Vivian's driveway and even shows off some dance moves next to her car.
The freaked-out mom says it can't be her 9-year-old son, since she doesn't let him outside at night by himself. Her next-door neighbor doesn't recognize the figure as any children from the neighborhood, either. Other viewers believe the figure is simply a young person wearing a floppy hat and flip-flops.
"I've never seen something like that before in my life," Vivian told Inside Edition.
