According to a report by TMZ, the manager of said rehab center reported the 42-year-old missing on Monday. He said, according to a Delray Beach police report, that Margera told him he was not satisfied with the facility and its services and then left.

According to the report, the famous daredevil told the manager he'd instead be checking himself into another rehab center in the vicinity. He was then said to have departed in a black sedan.

The manager explained that Margera was at the rehab center under a court order and employees at the facility had concerns that he appeared to be leaving without authorization.

Apparently, staff also noted that they didn't think he was a danger to himself or others.

Police proceeded to look for him that day, to no avail as of yet.

Sources close to the stuntman told TMZ that until recently he had been staying at a sober living facility. He had supposedly had a disagreement with his wife and was not happy with the restrictions in place at the facility. So he made the apparently abrupt decision to leave.

He revealed last month that he had completed a one-year inpatient alcohol and drug rehab program in Florida.

Margera told TMZ at the time that he will now spend a few month as an outpatient while staying at a Boca Raton apartment near the rehab.

His wife Nikki and their four-year-old son Phoenix were living with him in the apartment as he participated in his outpatient classes.

Last year, it emerged that his wife had filed to obtain custody of Phoenix - but she did not file for divorce.

Per the custody filing, she would allow her husband supervised visits but wanted to officially approve any monitor he selected.

Earlier this year, Page Six reported that Margera had agreed to settle his wrongful termination lawsuit against Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze and Paramount after saying he was on the receiving end of "inhumane treatment" when he was fired from Jackass 4.
