Potential Parkland School Shooting Juror Asks To Be Dismissed So She Can See Boyfriend

Jury selection is underway in the case against Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz, and let's just say the process has been interesting.

On April 7, 2022, a potential juror told the judge that she needed to be excused for some of the dates during what will likely be a lengthy trial. Her reason? It's almost too hilarious to make up.

Cruz has previously pleaded guilty to 17 counts of first-degree murder and 17 counts of attempted murder in connection with the 2018 massacre. A jury is currently being selected to decide if Cruz will receive the death penalty.

While speaking to potential jury members, Circuit Judge Elizabeth Scherer asked if anyone had any further concerns. One woman, identified as Ms. Bristol spoke up … and her concern is pretty out there. You can find out more in the video.
