August Alsina, Jada Pinkett Smith's Ex-Lover, Releases New Track About Their Relationship

Ellen DeGeneres has some more real estate plans in the world.
The comedian and host of the soon-ending Ellen DeGeneres Show has always been known for flipping houses. She likes to keep quite a few for herself as well. "The first thing I did when I made money was buy a house," Ellen told Architectural Digest in 2011. Ellen's wife, Portia de Rossi, then joked about how she kept going and going.

About six months ago, Ellen picked up a three-bedroom, four-bathroom Montecito house for $12 million. Now, she's parting with the home for $13.9 million.

The move isn't entirely surprising for the enthusiastic home flipper. Still, some are wondering if Ellen will be unloading more of her properties around California now that she isn't bound there by her filming schedule.

Ellen and Portia have sold over 20 properties since 2003, sometimes even buying back homes they've sold before. They could simply travel the world and continue buying and selling properties if they choose to.

Many have been intrigued by how quiet Ellen has remained about what's next for her after her show's conclusion. After 19 seasons, the final episode will air Thursday, May 26. The only comment that she has made is that she's looking for a new creative challenge. Whether that will mean more TV or perhaps a return to stand-up comedy, or even a whole new venture, remains to be seen.

Guests for the final episodes of Ellen include many fan favorites. Jennifer Aniston, Channing Tatum, Michelle Obama, Serena Williams, Zac Efron, Adam Levine, Diane Keaton, and Kim Kardashian are all slated to appear.
