Michella Meier-Morsi recently welcomed triplets Charles, Theodore and Gabriel by caesarean section at just over 35 weeks into her pregnancy.

She shared her pregnancy journey on Instagram, where she has more than 260,000 followers.

While she was still pregnant she went viral after sharing a clip showing off her unusual baby bump.

In a video she shared the day before giving birth, Michella could be seen showing off her bump, which she held up with her hands.

Michella, from Denmark, said she was feeling ‘scared’ about the prospect of her C-section but was ‘bursting with happiness and love’ at the thought of taking her family of four to a family of seven.

In an update after their arrival, Michella wrote: “And then we became three amazing babies richer.

“It has been the wildest 36 hours, where the breaks have been few, and the hearts are bursting with happiness and love.”

A clip of Michella’s bump made its way onto TikTok where users were left seriously shocked by her size and praised the mum for being a ‘super hero’.

One person commented: "That's insane. Women are incredible. But oh my god the back pain."

Another wrote: “I’m speechless! You my dear are a SUPER HERO!"

While a third added: "I have no words... but RESPECT.”

A fourth said: "It’s wild how some babies grow straight out like that as opposed to up and down."

In follow-up posts, Michella shared an image of her post-partum stomach 10 days after the birth and spoke about how her body has been impacted by carrying triplets.

She explained: “It has already become significantly smaller - but it is heavy and incredibly painful.

“The caesarean section is not bothersome - unless I have to cough, sneeze or (God forbid) vomit.”

The mum said she was feeling ‘uncomfortable’ and ‘super sensitive to the touch’, but praised the team of medical staff who were looking after her and making she sure she was ‘taken seriously’.

She added that medics discovered there is 'too much old blood in my very large uterus,' increasing the risk of inflammation, so she was due to undergo a scraping procedure.

She concluded: “But here it is - my huge pregnancy belly 10 days after the birth.⁣

It will be exciting and nerve-wracking to see how my body plans to heal.”

Michella has also revealed that all three boys are doing well.
