An Ohio State organic chemistry student is the talk of the university after successfully securing his entire class a perfect score on their first quiz. The student, Vinny Forte, managed to convince his professor to pass everyone in attendance if he could throw a piece of paper into a trashcan at the front of the class from the back of the balcony.
The professor probably regrets making the bet, which to be fair, was almost 100% in their favor.
We're guessing that every football team in the country is going to be scoping Vinny after that shot. One student took to Reddit to confirm that the professor has kept his promise:S/o to Benny for making this shot and getting the entire lecture an automatic 100 on our first ochem quiz pic.twitter.com/nmYJ34DjdM— rachel brown ✧･ﾟ: * (@yo_rochelle) September 2, 2016
“Technically, he didn’t. The actual promise was that there would be no quiz, expecting that the shot would miss. Instead, he decided that we still had to take it, but it was based on participation.
Source: Was in the lower floor of that class. The hype and applause that followed was unreal.”
Twitter users were understandably in awe.
@yo_rochelle @jennifertlai @Sunnyy_tt @tifffstrvn you reckon we could try this for our chemistry prelims— Jasmine (@j4sminely) September 3, 2016

Vinny is owed at least one drink from everyone in that class, so we hope he has a strong liver.
