I'm only going to say this once so, seriously, no crying in the comments because that proper does my swede in. SPOILERS AHEAD. So, if you haven't watched episode 10 of season six, do not read on.
Okay... so, the show's finale was absolutely fucking amazing. Seriously, I got up this morning to watch it and my mind is still blown.
Tommen topped himself, Margaery was blown to smithereens, Cersei became queen and Jon Snow was confirmed to be the son of Lyanna Stark (which means R+L DOES =J). I know, right - it was a lot to take in.
The final scene showed Daenerys, Mother of Dragons, sailing away from Slaver's Bay to wage war on Westeros with her army and Tyrion at her side.
Now, we already know that Daenerys will be riding Drogon into battle - the question is, who will be riding her other two fire-breathing babies?
Fans have speculated for years that the prophesied "three-headed dragon" will consist of her, Jon Snow, and Tyrion Lannister.
The original theory suggested that Jon Snow and Tyrion are both actually Targaryens. Jon Snow being the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, and Tyrion being the son of Aerys II Targaryen and Joanna Lannister.
As one Reddit user pointed out, all three of these characters have something else in common:
With the news that Jon's mother is actualy Lyanna we can see that Tyrion, Dany, and Tyrion all share a common trait. It is known that Rhaella, Dany's mother, died at childbirth.
The three characters share the trait of their mothers dying at child birth with them.
This is a pretty strong connection as they are the only characters in the series that have this in common.
Makes sense, huh? Or maybe it's just a connection they want us to make to then quash it at a later stage?
Also, remember the second episode of this season called 'Home', when Tyrion finally got to fulfil a lifelong dream and meet a dragon? The big scary beasts were cool AF with him so I'm guessing they'd be fine with him jumping on their backs.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
