These handsome brothers are ‘Ligers’. Their father, Ivory, is a white lion and their mother, Saraswati is a white Tiger. They are the first white ligers ever.
White lions and tigers are very rare. There are only 300 white lions left and about 1,200 white tigers.
These precious and rare creatures live T.I.G.E.R.S. (The Institute of Greatly Endangered and Rare Species) Preservation Station in Myrtle Beach. There is a free educational wildlife exhibit and a living tiger museum.
There is also a 50 acre preserve that you can tour.
T.I.G.E.R.S. not only has this preserve, they support a number of causes for various cats.
